Language Arts

We are finishing up our novels to go along with our study of economics. The three novels being read are:

        

Writing - Our current story we are writing is about the adventures of a dollar bill!

Who knows where the bills will travel and what they will buy!

Math

The School Store comes to our classroom! We are working on ordering products to sell and learning how to work various jobs at the store.

We'll also move into division and dividing with remainders.

Science

We've been observing characteristics of various minerals. Soon we'll learn about the different types of rocks and how volcanoes work!
